Project Management

The principals of Urban Community Partners provide “hands on” project management services when collaborating with a municipality, partnership, financial institution, land owner or non-profit organization. Urban Community Partners typically takes a lead role in directing a multi-disciplinary team of consultants ensuring that budgets, schedules and all relevant issues are maintained and coordinated. Urban Community Partners believes that a high level of communication and an inclusive “team” approach to development is critical. We maintain focus on the overall strategy while driving the details to completion. Specific services include:

• Prepare and Maintain UCP “Issues Matrix”
• Direct All Consultant Team Members Encouraging Enthusiastic and Inclusive Participation
• Attend and Facilitate All Necessary Project Meetings, Hearings, Public Events
• Prepare and Maintain Project Update Reports
• Negotiate and Maintain Consultant Contracts
