Urban Community Partners provide “hands on” real estate project management services to clients for projects ranging from individual buildings, to complex multi-phase developments.
Our many years’ experience, as principals with international development companies responsible for real estate project management has established the basis for our ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams of consultants to achieve project goals and objectives.
Urban Community Partners utilizes many real estate project management tools and systems in order to achieve our goals. These include preparation of master schedules utilizing Microsoft Project together with proprietary budget and project proforma software which together provide the basis for measuring project performance.
Urban Community Partners believes that a high level of communication and an inclusive “team” approach to development is critical. We maintain focus on the overall strategy while driving the details to completion. As managers of the real estate project management team, Urban Community Partners is the interface between the client and the local jurisdiction. We coordinate the interaction of the various disciplines to ensure that the ultimate project is consistent with the financial objectives and the other goals established by the client.
As part of our real estate project management services, we negotiate and manage all consultant contracts; we attend all staff meetings and public hearings with the jurisdiction and design and implement community outreach strategy and events. We prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets and proformas along with our UCP “Issues Matrix”. We direct all consultant team members encouraging enthusiastic and inclusive participation. We prepare regular project update reports for the client and revise business plans as required
