Rancho Cañada Village is designed to be a mixed-income neighborhood in order to address the housing crisis in Monterey County and specifically in Carmel Valley. Of the 280 homes, 140 will be dedicated to people working in Carmel Valley and will be sold and/or rented based on income levels established by the County of Monterey. A mix of town homes and small lot single family homes will be seamlessly integrated into a Traditional Neighborhood. The remaining homes will be sold at market prices and scattered throughout the neighborhood.
