Highlights
One of the most unique aspects of Rancho Cañada Village will be the dedication of homes to people currently working in Carmel Valley. As defined and administered by the County of Monterey, 50% of the homes will be deed restricted "Affordable" and "Workforce 1 and 2" homes. Pricing will be based on the County's Inclusionary Housing Ordinance.

Urban Community Partners, LLC has created a new partnership, Rancho Cañada Community Partners, LLC to plan and build a Traditional Neighborhood Development in Carmel Valley, California. This 280 home new neighborhood is within easy walking distance to the Crossroads Shopping Center on Highway One and will provide a variety of housing needs for the "workforce" of Carmel Valley while also enhancing the environment.
Situated on land currently within the Rancho Cañada Golf Club, the project is being designed by Urban Design Associates from Pittsburgh, PA. Designed to be compact (of the 72 acres being planned, 36 acres will be used for homes while the remaining 36 acres will be preserved in open space), Rancho Cañada Village will provide a mix of small lot single family homes and town homes.
