Mills Ranch will include recreational and open spaces that will contribute to both the desirability and livability of the community. The intent is to provide a variety of spaces for family and community-oriented recreation. The plan equitably distributes parkland throughout the community so that each resident is within a five minute (1/4 mile) walk of a park. The parks vary in size to accommodate a number of different amenities and addresses so that each park will have its own character.
