Typical of traditional neighborhoods, a grid street pattern is being planned. It will connect to the existing City street system and the adjacent Arboleda project. The Mills Ranch neighborhood will be easily accessible to pedestrians via a system of bicycle and pedestrian trails and sidewalks.
