The Mills Ranch neighborhood will include a variety of house types including attached courtyard apartments, small lot single family, large lot single family and detached garages with carriage or "granny" units above. All of the homes will have garages accessed by a lane behind. Five Garden Apartment lots are sprinkled throughout the plan. Each apartment will overlook a courtyard designed with Spanish Colonial flare. Four architectural styles will define the look of Mills Ranch and reinforce the community's place in King City and the region. These four architectural styles are: Spanish Revival, Craftsman, Victorian and Colonial Revival.
