Laurel is located in Yuma, Arizona, near the confluence of the Gila and Colorado Rivers in the southwest corner of the state, on the border with California and near the border of Mexico. Laurel has been embraced by the community as a new mixed use master planned community and will include up to 1,200 homes (single family detached, carriage units, town homes, live/work, apartments), commercial/retail, main street style retail and village green, public plazas, water features, parks, trails, a local operating farm and community gardens.
